Our client, a leader in the foodservice and franchise operations industry, is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support core human resources functions, including payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, values accuracy, and excels at building trust with employees and leaders. Job Title: HR Generalist Location: TX, Richardson Pay Range: DOE Duration : Contract - 3 months What’s the Job? Process and administer payroll utilizing Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage full-cycle talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Support performance management activities, including goal setting, 9?box talent reviews, and development planning. Partner with leaders on corrective counseling, documentation, and employee coaching. Conduct or support sensitive employee relations investigations with professionalism and confidentiality. Provide day?to?day HR guidance to employees and management regarding policy, procedures, and best practices. What’s Needed? Experience processing payroll in Paylocity Strong background in recruitment and full-cycle hiring Knowledge of performance management frameworks (goals, 9-box, coaching) Experience with corrective actions and sensitive HR investigations Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion What’s in it for me?
