Job Description:

As part of a Company's HR function, you will be a member of a leadership team that has the right mix of recognized industry-wide leaders, seasoned functional experts and high-potential future talent. You will form part of a HR community that is working to redefine how HR makes valuable contributions to underlying business results and is enabling that success through core technology.

In this capacity, your role leads the business unit HR function, including the planning, development and implementation of all human resources programs for our Output Solutions business unit, in line with corporate strategic directives and initiatives, as well as the execution of critical special projects.

You can look forward to: Working with Business Unit leaders to certify that talent needs to win in the market are met. This includes comprehensive workforce planning, direct ownership for VP level recruitment and partnership with our centralized recruiting team fulfill talent demands. Taking direct ownership and thought leadership as you partner with leaders to enhance the business unit’s efficiency and effectiveness. Developing deep relationships at all levels within the business unit with the expectation of using that understanding to improve the quality of work environment across all locations. Taking a leadership role in significant division wide programs to ensure the appropriate change management methodology is applied. Leading the implementation of company-wide programs within the business unit including, Annual Compensation Cycle, Recognition, Leadership Development selection. Working with centralized recruiting, total rewards and HR operations to ensure smooth implementation of associate services and improve the associate experience. Leading and developing the divisional HR team ensuring strong talent capabilities and reinforcing bench strength. Acting as a talent example and talent scout. Basic qualifications for consideration:

Education: Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources. Job Related Experience: Experience working with the technology sector where development is a key component of the service profit chain. Demonstrable track-record of acquiring talent (directly and through partnerships) that has contributed to growing the business or firm. A history of personally influencing behavioral and philosophical change among business leaders. Experience leading the human resources function in a turnaround business cycle. Experience and comfort level taking ownership for the full impact of human resources on a division without having direct responsibility for all aspects of delivery. Experience in hiring executive talent, assessing OD/OE structure, performance management, and talent development. Broadly skilled in a variety of human resources disciplines with a vertical specialization and a track record of applying insight to improve business results. Leadership Expectations: Relationship Building: Successfully builds strong working relationships from a geographical distance. Possesses the ability to identify and understand the unique communication styles appropriate for a wide range of executives from technical to sales in nature and have been successful building relationships/personal credibility with each respective group. Talent Development: Encourage others to stretch and challenge themselves to contribute in ways they might not otherwise think possible; investing in the development of leadership talent and bench strength that brings value to Company. Collaboration and Influence: Ensure their business unit provides other individuals and groups with the support and assistance required to achieve their goals and targets. Results Focus: Build a high performing, adaptive culture that delivers superior value to our customers and other partners. Preferred qualifications for consideration:

Education: MBA or Masters in related field Travel: Approximately 25%, occasionally with short notice.
