Job Description:

Exciting opportunity in Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) as a Sr. Software Engineer I based in North Texas (Dallas), having significant impact, recognition, and growth in the organization.

The Sr Software Engineer I will have software development experience as well as test hardware and will work in a team environment on behalf of the Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC) Antenna and Microwave Products (AMP) department supporting multiple production programs and new test software development efforts. The engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of software solutions utilizing test systems hardware for RF test engineering applications. Solutions include engineering lab software, production/factory test for microwave modules and AESAs, range testing (antenna, radar, radome), and test database applications/data analysis.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 yrs. experience
• Development Tools: C/C++ or LabWindows CVI
• Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development
• Operating Systems : Windows
• Objected Oriented tool development experience
• RF measurements including PC (GPIB/LAN) controlled test equipment
• Networking and Interfaces development to hardwareDesired Skills:
• Language skills : LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, Visual Basic, .NET, Visual Studio, .NET
• Operating Systems : UNIX, Linux
• Experience with Configuration Management toolsExperience with the Software Process
  Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Synergy CM tool
• Databases : Oracle
  Soft Skills:

  Required Education:
• Minimum degree: B.S. Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• BS and 4 years of experience of experience, MS and 2 years of experience of experience, PhD and 0 years of experience
  U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
