Job Description:

Lead Salesforce Developer IT - Software Design/Developer Dallas ,-- TX Contract Feb 10, 2021 Analyze, design, write program code, test, document, and implement functionally appropriately, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems in accordance with Customer requirements, and organizational methodologies and standards. Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.

Education: BS / BA, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Experience:
--- Experience in Information Technology or business environment.
--- Understand customizations and features used to build the service console and other functionality. Serve as the Technical SME for Salesforce applications.
--- Understand data sources for different parts in the current solution (Java, ODATA)
--- Understand in detail Salesforce conduits used for accomplishing different business requirements
--- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and Service Cloud
--- In-depth knowledge of various Salesforce tools and conduits available to solution
--- Create detailed design documents based on solution architecture, including the approach of standard vs custom objects
--- Provide detailed estimations for new capabilities coming into scope
--- Work with source data teams for e.g. CHAPI, IDF, funds, etc. to understand their complexities and raise issues to the architect
--- Raise solution risks to Architect and work with Solution Architect to define a new approach
--- Lead a team of software developers and help in code reviews
--- Lead the team to use development best practices and architecture patterns defined to help teams integrate well with each other
--- Experience using software languages such as: APEX, Java, Javascript, and Salesforce Lighning framework
--- Experience using tools such as: DX/CLI, Jenkins/Stash/Bitbucket, Graphite/Graphana, JSOn, Rest API's, ODATA
--- Implement and assist with designing Reference Architecture for Salesforce
