Our team collaborates with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to drive and deliver amazing change management & enablement programs, ensuring that our Go-to-Market business teams successfully transition to new Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Post-Sales systems and processes.At Salesforce, Mergers and Acquisitions play an important role in fueling growth and innovation. Our team is hiring to meet the increasing demands to integrate new business clouds (Tableau, Slack, future new cloud acquisitions) efficiently into our core sales and revenue business processes.In this position, the Senior Change Analyst will support end-to-end planning and execution of high complexity change management programs to address the impacts of GTM systems integrations. This role requires collaboration with matrixed teams across Salesforce and the acquired business. The Senior Change Analyst should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of the change management solution, ensuring positive outcomes for our business stakeholders. You will draw on your project management skills, creative communication skills, and training development skills to analyze information and present content effectively.**Here's what the Senior Change Analyst will be doing:**+ Supporting the Change Management workstream for Business Technology's (BT) Go-to-Market systems integration programs, working with partners across BT and impacted business teams to deliver successful enablement+ Contributing to the execution of the change management plan to facilitate a successful transition, including stakeholder engagement, drafting communications, and developing role-based training+ Developing templates and workstream deliverables, including impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to document how technology changes will impact each business team and role+ Drafting, coordinating, and deploying targeted communications, trainings, and question & answer channels to build awareness, knowledge, and skills with stakeholders+ Helping to execute the end-to-end change management program, applying project management skills to identify and mitigate risks/issues as they arise+ Collecting and reporting on Change Management workstream metrics to evaluate success+ Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management methodology and playbook**Here's what we're seeking:**+ Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience executing core components of change management programs, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools, and leading-edge practices.+ 2+ years of applied change management, communications, and/or training experience in management consulting or industry+ Project Management Skills: Proven track record of supporting change management programs for complex, enterprise-wide, and transformational technology initiatives. Effective in making sound business decisions, flexing/adapting approach, and being proactive. Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.+ Technology Fluency: Proven ability to thrive in technical environments. Implementations of Salesforce products and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Tableau a plus.+ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly, and use strong communication skills to build trust with stakeholders.+ Demonstrates the Salesforce values of Trust, Growth, Innovation, and Equality**Other Skills / Requirements:**+ Four-year undergraduate degree or directly relevant experience+ 2+ years experience in consulting, corporate development, or functional domain+ Strong technology background with working knowledge of Salesforce's preferred collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Quip, Slack, Smartsheet)+ Salesforce.com organization and product knowledge preferred+ M/Go-To-Market experience preferred: Basic understanding of the acquisition lifecycle, integration planning, and assessing impacts to people/process/technology.
