The tool will leverage AI models to determine the intent of the conversation and surface useful customer data as well as articles related to their issue. Agents will be able to instantly access the resources they need to resolve the customer's issue, resulting in shorter call times and a more streamlined customer experience.As Senior UI Developer on this project, you'll develop new user-facing features and maintain existing software in a highly collaborative, agile environment. You'll work closely with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing.About the teamThe Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. You'll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.About youYou have a solid software engineering foundation in data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, source code management, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, etc.You have experience collaborating with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.You feel comfortable diving into the code and interacting with developers at all levels of seniority and have a commitment and drive for quality, technical excellence, and results.You're self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.Qualifications5-7+ years of hands-on experience in complex front-end design and development3+ years of production experience with Angular and Node.jsStrong experience with RXJS, CSS, TypeScript, and HTMLExperience writing single-page applicationsExperience using REST APIs in the context of an advanced enterprise software productProven software development background in Web Development, UX, Back End, or MobileExperience building responsive, performant, and accessible web experiences that engage audiences using animation and complex interactionsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or related fieldWe'd also be super-impressed if you haveExperience managing, or mentoring, a team of front-end developersAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Core Values At Logic20/20, we are guided by three core values: Drive toward Excellence, Act with Integrity & Foster a Culture of We.
