This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.Our Radio Solutions Sales team is a community with passion for our customers and for our Radio solutions. We share information proactively, we learn from each other and help each other as needed. We contribute to Mobile Networks Radio business development by providing presales support through deep technical solution expertise, wide industry knowledge, and good understanding of our processes. We develop long-term partnerships with our customers and strong relationships with product line stakeholders. We develop compelling radio solutions in conjunction with the product lines, and lead related presales radio technology activities, motivating customers to appreciate the benefits of our radio portfolio offering. We manage complex problems and coordinate activities that may extend beyond our area of responsibility. What you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will:

  • Lead Radio Network technical solution presales and offer preparation activities related to regional wireless operators in North America, including Radio Software, Hardware configurations and site solutions for Classical and Cloud RAN, coordinating with all related stakeholders to meet customer and business needs, and providing technical expert support as per applicable processes.
  • Build strong relationship with relevant customer organizations in concert with customer account team.
  • Proactively identify and qualify radio related business opportunities in co-operation with customer account team, in alignment with customer technology needs and Mobile Networks strategy.
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal stakeholders including product lines. Coordinate with the customer and product lines to define new compelling products or product extensions required to grow Mobile Networks business, driving related new roadmap commitments.
  • Define and document optimal technical customer solution, articulate compelling customer value proposition, respond to related technical solution portions of tenders, and prepare solution reference pricing.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Commercial Management and Services Solution Management to ensure best overall solution.
  • Responsible for timely production of technical solution and contract deliverables including assumptions, Product Configurations, Bill of Quantity, Solution description documents, and Statement of Compliance. Support customer negotiations.
  • Arrange and coordinate technical customer workshops, support customer presentations regarding technical solution and related value proposition.
  • Support execution of radio projects, including ordering support, ensuring proper handover to delivery / logistic / service teamsYour skills and experience
    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to Radio Telecommunications, or Master's degree in Telecommunications or Business Administration.
    • GPA 3.5 or higher.
    • Experience with mobile wireless technologies 5G & LTE, Classical & Cloud RAN, Cloud Infrastructure & RF.
