work.(sm) This position will support the behavioral health provider
data operations team by researching and root-causing system issues,
working closely with IT partners (specifically for TriZetto and
Salesforce products), and acting as a subject matter expert for our
data systems, data model, and data feeds. - The position will
require collaboration with operations staff and will require the
ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. -
It may also include participation in Agile Scrum teams,
representing the product owners. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately
complex analyses
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most
complex tasks
- Translates concepts into practice
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult

development for other roles you may be interested in. Required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ -years of experience working with Facets (TriZetto product)
from an IT or configuration perspective (not just a front-end
user)
- 2+ -years of experience working directly with healthcare data
or operations
- 2+ -years of experience taking ambiguous or high-level
information, researching business needs, and transforming it into
technical requirements Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Optum Behavioral Health, including OHBS
Facets
- Experience with OSAM or the Agile development methodology
- Experience with the EPDL feed, NDB, and/or UHN Reporting Soft
Skills: -

Residents Only: -The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100
to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
