Title: CUSTOMER SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas
Compensation Range: $18-$20/hour
ICS, a Korn Ferry company, is hiring a Customer Software Support
Specialist to join our software client's team in Dallas, Texas! You
will provide outstanding customer support on proprietary software
solutions by answering calls for technical support questions. These
calls include, but are not limited to installation issues, error
messages, printing issues and custom reports.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provided excellent customer support and service
- Act as the first point-of-contact for the company's customers
and represent the brand
- Regardless of the issue being resolved or escalated, convey a
message to customers that we will do everything we can to resolve
- Use any resources available to attain first call resolution; or
to escalate the next level support team if it cannot be
