Description of our Business Development Software Specialist:The
Business Development Software Specialist will be self-motivated and
willing to go the extra mile to land the sale. He/she should be
able to present our software virtually via Microsoft Teams/Zoom and
in person and be very comfortable in front of individuals and
groups. Ideally, he/she will be able to analyze unique scenarios
and objections and rebuttal them. They will work closely with our
team and have a direct impact on our customers' success with
CertainPath software.You will thrive in this role if you are a
digital connoisseur who is passionate about outbound hunting within
established pool, evolution into broader markets, conducting
product demos, offering a personalized approach to B2B sales, and
will take pride in sharing CertainPath's compelling story of SaaS
as a part of a fully integrated business solution. You'll help with
developing existing business and offering feedback in the

Corner!Responsibilities of our Business Development Software
Specialist:Generate leads by writing engaging emails and making
calls to captivate and establish enhanced business
relationships.Conduct product demos, discovery, and schedule
members for full virtual presentations.Assist in the preparation of
presentation materials, proposals and quotations for new products
or services.Prospect new accounts by expanding existing
relationships and contacts within proven industry verticals.Work
cross-functionally with product specialists, marketing, and SDRs to
ensure prospective customers receive an optimal customer
experience.Understand and meet desired outcomes of the role.Report,
track, and manage sales activities and results using
Salesforce.Work extensively with our development team to understand
our roadmap.Come with a deep technical understanding of how SaaS
software operates.Work with a wide variety of customers. Our
customers each have a unique set of problems they are looking to
solve, and you will likely be the first opportunity they have to
solve them.Suggesting ways to improve our sales funnel and sales
software.Participate in migrating CRM from HubSpot to
Salesforce.Anticipate evolution of role into full cycle virtual
presentations.Act as a willing student in committing to
understanding strengths and weaknesses of competitive
products.Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our Business
Development Software Specialist:3+ years of B2B sales experience.
We are very interested in mentoring you and having you grow into a
successful role but having a successful track record is a
must.Excellent interpersonal skills.The ability to learn new
software quickly.Adept at creating and giving presentations. Must
be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint.Expert technical knowledge is preferential. An
understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle is a huge plus.Experience
in the home service or contracting industry is
advantageous.Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is
preferred.Able to work hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in
office.Travel Requirements for our Business Development Software
Specialist:Travel to semi-annual Expo is required.Physical Demands
for our Business Development Software Specialist:Prolonged periods
of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift
15 pounds at times.Able to stand long periods of time during
semi-annual Expo.
