Technical/Functional Skills-

SAP ABAP HR, HCM, Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central

• 
  
• Hands-on technical support lead who can mentor, guide and assist a team to provide high quality application services to critical SAP HR system
  
• Experience in managing the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Risk Management for SAP based systems
  
• Project Lead experience in handling SAP HR engagements in US region with 7-10 years ABAP programming in the HR Module including US payroll
  
• Very strong communication skills (written & verbal) and must be able to: leverage your influencing skills to gain internal support; operate independently with limited supervision; and establish a solid working relationship with, vendors, technical staff, Senior business & IT executives, and support team peers.
  
• Must have Customer centric mindset, autonomous and self-driven, multi-tasker
  
• Ability to work under high pressure, fast paced environment
  
• Hands on and Technically proficient in SAP HCM ABAP modules PA, OM, PD, & PY
  
• Experience in SAP US Payroll implementations, SAP Payroll Schema and Rules,
  
• Experience in Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Form & Workflow i.e. RICEFW , Enhancements/User Exits, BAPI, IDOC, BADI's & Forms
  
• Extensive experience in handling onsite-offshore teams.
  
• Exposure on SAP Solution Manager - ChaRM Administration
  
• Experience in at least 1 End-to-End Implementation SAP ECC Project
