Salesforce Developer As our Salesforce Developer based in either California or Texas, you will create Salesforce solutions to enhance, improve and fix the software that provides emergency roadside services. Your work will directly impact our customers who need immediate help to get to their destination. Your code helps people get home quickly and safely. What You'll Do Every day, you will attend a stand-up meeting with your peers to discuss projects, testing, and ask for feedback so we can deliver solutions on time. Attend refinement sessions to understand how you can improve. You ask questions and use your past work experience to offer suggestions for improvements and new approaches to solving problems. Create and unit test high-quality code, in pairs and on your own, to translate business requests into Salesforce fixes. In this environment, it's critical that you can provide specific, actionable, and helpful feedback to teammates about their code so we can stay on our development timeline and deliver a product we're proud of. What You'll Need To thrive in this role, you must have experience working in a position where you had to ask questions to understand business needs and work collaboratively with your team to deliver Salesforce-centered code solutions. You were not an order-taker but a true collaborator in designing and delivering the solution. You also built tests for your work, so you knew that what went into production was a vetted and high-quality solution. You are willing to ask why and push back to get to the right answer, not just the easiest one. You should feel comfortable admitting when you are behind or did something wrong, not only because you understand and care about customer impact, but because you care about our team, too. You have worked previously with an Agile team or understand these concepts.
