Job Description:

Job Summary: The Foreman will manage the construction progress and
oversee the quality and safety of their crew members and be in
constant communication with their supervisors to provide detailed
updates on on-site progress.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project
through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget,
and timelines are met.
- Climbing and working on communications towers; installing,
replacing, and repairing antenna equipment
- Direct and supervise the installation and maintenance services
for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and
other elevated structures.
- Review documentation with the crew to prepare for the build,
assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required
installation methods.
- Supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and
materials.
- Perform tower inspections, inventories, and audits as
needed.
- Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation
per the deliverable timelines.
- Training crew members on proper safety/quality standards to
align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program)
- Verify that the crew members have proper certifications and
skillsets to perform the scope of work.
- Maintain issued equipment and reported deficiencies as
needed.
- Submit daily reports of on-site progress with any potential
schedule delays and or needed / missing materials. Job Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 3 years of experience splicing fiber.
- Experience with EXFO FastReporter software.
- 3-5 years of wireless telecommunications industry
experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to perform fiber, sweep, and PIM testing.
- Ability to operate aerial lifts, skid steers, and other heavy
equipment as needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
while adhering to the set schedule.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to motivate, lead, teach, and train on proper work and
safety procedures. Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or
related trade school education
- Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that
meets Company requirements.
- Must be able to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a
50 lb. load.
- Ability to travel away from home, including weekends.
- Must be able to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a

- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
conditions.
Pay depends on experience. (DOE)
