WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Lead and advise clients on the strategy,
selection, planning, implementation (design, configuration,
testing, etc.), pilot readiness, pilot execution, and deployment of
front of house restaurant technologies (Point of Sale, Kiosks,
Drive-thru, digital menu boards, 3rd party aggregators, loyalty,
kitchen display system, payment, etc.) Lead and facilitate working
sessions and meetings, including requirements gathering, process
design, conference room pilots, Steering Committees, and deployment
planning Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization
practice and our restaurant technology transformation offering by
contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and
capabilities Drive business development by strengthening existing
client relationships, attending and presenting at industry
conferences, and identifying and engaging with new, untapped
clients Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping
to develop and lead other Point B Associates Guide and mentor Point
B associates on client engagements

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE: Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise
Application modernization strategy and execution 2-4 years
management consulting experience 2-4 years of multi-unit front of
house restaurant technology experience (technologies used within
the 4-walls of the restaurant) Prefer candidates who have
operational experience in multi-unit restaurants or have worked for
a restaurant brand Hands-on experience in restaurant technology
transformation advisory, and program/delivery leadership Experience
and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application
Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS)and SaaS solution (POS, KDS, DMB,
Kiosk, Drive-Thru, Reservations, Catering/Events, etc)planning,
selection, & implementation Developed holistic strategies (people,
process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide front of house
initiatives Built and cultivated business relationships and
contributed to the growth of a practice area Demonstrated an
ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
teams Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail,
Restaurant/Hospitality)and a variety of business functional
areas

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The estimated salary range for this role
is $137,000 - $221,500 USD per year.This salary range is provided
as required by local and state law as applicable.Individual
salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to
geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications
where applicable. Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and
are based upon individual contributions and overall firm
performance.
