• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end solutions using modern technologies like React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex front-end issues to ensure high performance and seamless functionality.
• Follow best practices in front-end development, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Lead the design and implementation of new front-end features, mentoring junior developers.
• Collaborate with UX, Product Management, and Backend teams to build responsive digital products.
• Develop cloud-based web applications on Azure for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Manage and escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
• Proactively introduce new technologies and tools to the team.Telecommuting permitted 40%; work may be performed within normal commuting distance from Plano, TX.QualificationsJob Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience in software development.
• At least 5 years (or 2 with Master's) experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful API, and GraphQL.
• At least 4 years (or 2 with Master's) experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• At least 3 years (or 2 with Master's) experience with front-end testing.
• At least 2 years (or 1 with Master's) experience leading projects and guiding teams.
