with Upward Health! Job Title & Role Description: We are seeking a
Product Analyst to join our Product team. Our Product team designs
and maintains a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem, enabling
field and central staff to deliver compassionate, coordinated care.
This individual will play a critical role in understanding business
requirements, designing declarative Salesforce solutions, managing
stakeholder relationships, and supporting ongoing enhancement and
maintenance of our Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology,
collaborative in nature, and highly skilled in Salesforce
administration. Skills Required: - Salesforce Administrator
Certification (Required) - 3 years of hands-on experience working
with Salesforce, preferably in complex environments with custom
workflows, fields, and components - Proficiency in Salesforce
declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, etc.) -
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Field Service
(preferred but not required) - Familiarity with managed packages
(e.g., Elixir) and their implications on system configuration -
Comfortable working with tools such as Jira for documentation and
collaboration - Basic understanding of Apex, LWCs, Aura components,
and Visualforce (ability to collaborate with developers and
understand code-level constraints) Key Behaviors: - Collaborate
with internal stakeholders to understand and document business
needs and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions. -
Participate in design and scoping sessions with stakeholders,
Product team members, and developers to refine product enhancements
or new features. - Build and configure Salesforce components using
declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules,
Lightning App Builder, etc.). - Partner with developers to support
custom code (Apex, LWCs, Aura) and ensure declarative solutions
align with technical requirements. - Execute end-to-end testing to
validate functionality, performance, and data integrity of new or
updated features. - Manage and resolve escalated user support
tickets, providing detailed root cause analysis and long-term
solutions. - Research and analyze new Salesforce features (e.g.,
seasonal releases), assess their relevance, and make implementation
recommendations. - Document solution designs, process changes, and
configuration updates for cross-functional transparency and future
reference. - Contribute to special projects as needed, including
integration initiatives, managed package enhancements, or
regulatory compliance efforts Competencies: - Business Analysis:
Ability to elicit, document, and translate business requirements
into effective technical solutions. - Communication: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills; able to translate
technical details for non-technical audiences. - Problem Solving:
Approaches issues analytically and methodically to identify root
causes and implement durable fixes. - Collaboration: Works well in
a cross-functional team, values diverse perspectives, and
contributes to shared goals. - Adaptability: Comfortable shifting
priorities and responding to evolving business needs in a

Salesforce capabilities and proposes innovations that can add

projects and sees them through to completion with minimal
supervision. - Quality Assurance: Applies testing rigor to ensure
