Job Description:
Infosys is seeking AEM Developer. This position will interface
with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across
different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including
Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and
Design; play an important role in creating the high level design
artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module,
lead validation for all types of testing and support activities
related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three
years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every
year of education. Candidate must be located within commuting
distance of Dallas, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This
position may require travel to project locations. Candidates

time. At least 6 years of Information Technology experience 6 years
of hands-on development experience in Adobe Experience Manager and
Java. Strong experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and AEM
On-Prem. In-depth knowledge of Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, HTL,
and AEM core architecture. Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE,
Servlets, Spring (optional), and REST APIs. Preferred
Qualifications: ????? Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Strong
experience in AEM architecture, component development, and OSGi
framework. Proficiency in Sling, JCR, Dispatcher, and AEM
workflows. Front-End Development: Expertise in React.js, JavaScript
(ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Familiarity with Redux,
Webpack, and modern front-end build tools. Backend Development:
Solid knowledge of Java, Spring, and RESTful APIs. DevOps & Cloud:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment on AWS/Azure.
Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance
optimization. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Key
Responsibilities Architect and design AEM-based solutions for
enterprise-level websites and applications. Develop custom AEM
components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Implement
front-end applications using React.js, ensuring responsive and
dynamic user interfaces. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend
developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality
solutions. Optimize performance, security, and scalability of AEM
applications. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor
development teams. Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM,
DAM, Analytics, etc.). Stay updated with Adobe and front-end
technology trends and recommend improvements. The job entails
sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of
time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to
face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Infosys
