Understanding of code version tools (microsoft team services, github)Job Description: The Senior .NET Developer position is focused on Electronic Health Record (EHR) customization's and reporting development and will be responsible for the creation, deployment, and maintenance of various custom templates, back-end jobs and reports. Successfully handle a full range of complex assignments and projects. Analyze various types of technical and non-technical data, processes or systems. Participate and provide feedback in the strategic, tactical, and operational plans for new development; ensures plans are with the company's strategic plan. Design and build reusable content delivery elements. Mentor and motivate co-workers and junior developers, and direct vendors to ensure compliance with development specifications and timely delivery of external components. Research the latest changes in development standards, technologies and tools and make recommendations to management regarding adoption. Review and analyze information requirements and portion work to development staff in a manner that maximizes effective and efficient use of resources, contemplates agile iteration cycles and timely delivery of intermediate components and full product. Ensure complete and comprehensive documentation of systems developed by development teams.Responsibilities:* Designs, develops, and implements bi-directional clinical interfaces for the IDL* Ensure adherence to approved life cycle methodologies, documentation and programming standards by development teams. * Performs and directs software coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and installation tasks for on-line and batch processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards.* Leads development efforts and generates task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities by development teams.* Directs resolution of technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. * Ensures availability of resources for on-call support and coordinate and assigns development staff for response efforts.* Prepares and conduct presentations of various work products.* Completes administrative requirements in an accurate and timely manner (e.g. time reporting, status reporting, etc.)* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.* Reports to the Dir. /Senior Architect Interop & Pop HealthAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
