TITLE: Associate General Counsel
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
LOCATION: Frisco, TX (must be onsite / in office)

WHO we're looking for:
Associate General Counsel to assist with compliance, employee
relation matters, immigration, and transactional matters. Reports
to and assists General Counsel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be
assigned)
Conducts legal research on compliance & employee relations,
immigration matters, and contractual matters
Gathers documents, creates reports and maintain databases related
to compliance and employee relation matters
Prepares immigration applications, gather documents, creates
reports related to immigration matters. Creates and maintains
databases related to immigration
Understands current company contracts; Identifies loopholes or
issues in contractual information
Works with External counsel to monitor all issues
Assists in all related investigations
Prepares and presents training all matters
Files correspondence and legal documents in office filing system.
Ensures proper indexing and filing of original legal documents
Required Education and Experience
Master of Law or JD from a law school accredited by the American
Bar Association
1-2 years related experience
An individual should have knowledge of basic internet software,
Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel) and Word Processing software
(Microsoft Word)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations.
Ability to write business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from groups of managers, clients
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
