You’ll assist clients in notarizing important legal documents such as loan agreements, real estate contracts, and Power of Attorney forms. As a Signing Agent, you’ll coordinate with clients, schedule notarization appointments, and ensure the accurate completion of all documents. This role allows you to set your own schedule and earn competitive pay, with typical earnings ranging from $200 to $500 daily based on performance. Responsibilities: Verify the identity of document signers. Schedule and conduct notarization appointments efficiently. Ensure compliance with state regulations and confidentiality. Submit completed documents promptly to relevant parties. Qualifications: Certified Notary Public in your local state with Notary Signing Agent certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable internet, phone line, computer, and transportation. Strong organizational and communication skills. COMPENSATION: Earn $75.00 - $200.00 per loan signing, depending on the type of document package and location. Flexible scheduling allows agents to complete multiple signings daily.
