This role is ideal for an associate early in their career who is interested in regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters affecting banks, lenders, and other financial services institutions, and who is looking to build a strong foundation within a nationally respected practice. The Role The associate will work with partners and senior attorneys on a range of matters involving consumer financial regulations, enforcement actions, and compliance issues impacting financial institutions. The practice offers hands-on experience, strong training, and early exposure to substantive work in a highly regulated space.
