What You'll Do: Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division Manage your own docket with support from experienced mentors Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes Maintain client relationships with empathy, professionalism, and discretion What We're Looking For: Licensed to practice law in Texas Minimum 1 year of experience in family law or related litigation Strong understanding of the Texas Family Code and Rules of Civil Procedure Courtroom confidence and excellent communication skills Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping families navigate challenging transitions Benefits Quarterly Bonus Health Dental Vision PTO 401K Match - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
