Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Represent clients in County, Circuit and Federal Courts Attend depositions, mediations and court hearings Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions and discovery Negotiate settlements Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Qualifications: Must have license in good standing with the Texas Bar Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus Compensation Yearly base salary commiserate with experience Monthly bonus based on reaching litigation goals Monthly bonus based on case originations Ability to opt into Firm's health, life, vision and dental policies Ability to opt into Firm's 401(k) retirement plan with matching
