Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 150 firm seeking a Finance & Transactions
Associate Attorney to join its Finance team in Dallas. This
opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 yrs exp in commercial
finance transactions within a law firm setting. The role offers
exposure to sophisticated lending matters and high-value
transactional work within a nationally recognized finance platform.
The Role • Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance
transactions • Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related
loan documentation • Advise clients on secured lending and other
complex finance structures • Support multi-party and high-value
financing transactions • Collaborate with partners and clients on
strategic transaction execution Ideal Background • Juris Doctor
(JD) from an ABA-accredited law school • 4–6 yrs exp in commercial
finance transactions at a law firm • Experience drafting and
negotiating complex loan and credit documentation • Strong
analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills • Excellent written
and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple
concurrent transactions • Strong academic credentials • Admitted in
