Job Description:

Clean Harbors is currently seeking a dedicated Utility Driver for Multiple Services who shares our commitment to environmental sustainability and safety. This role is critical in supporting our mission to provide a broad range of environmental services across North America. As a Utility Driver, you will play a key role in transporting and managing hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting Clean Harbors commitment to protecting the environment. Safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste while operating company vehicles Load and unload materials, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety and environmental regulations Perform routine vehicle inspection and maintenance to ensure operational safety Respond to emergency spill situations rapidly and efficiently Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and safety in operations Report any issues related to transportation or waste handling to management promptly Maintain accurate records of transported materials as required by company and government regulations Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings Proficient in the safe handling and transportation of materials Ability to operate various types of vehicles and heavy equipment Strong understanding of DOT and EPA regulations Excellent communication and documentation skills Capable of performing physical tasks in various environmental conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HAZMAT endorsement DOT Physical Examination (Medical Card) OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification (preferred)
