Associate Shipping/Receiving Specialist Company: Boeing
Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business,
is looking for an Associate Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join
our team in Coppell, TX . The Shipping & Receiving (Level B)
assists with initial verification for identification and damage on
incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers. Processes receiving/shipping
documentation. Packages and processes shipments. Assists with
maintaining inventory of shipping/receiving supplies in Coppell,
TX. Position Responsibilities Demonstrates a willingness to accept

Ability to gather, retain, and recall a variety of facts and data
in written and/or verbal form for the achievement of work tasks and
duties. Knowledge of operating procedures for packaging and
material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, walking stackers,
carts, dollies, box tapers). General knowledge of transportation,
shipping, receiving, and storage procedures to understand and
identify potential requirements and impacts (e.g., Electrostatic
Discharge [ESD], hazardous material, OSHA, EHS). Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): 1–3 years’
experience in shipping operations, warehouse outbound functions, or
related logistics roles. Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs
frequently and up to 75lbs with assistance or equipment, per
company policy. Experienced driving Forklifts or other product
handling machine Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for
extended periods. Proficiency with standard PC applications (email,
spreadsheets) and experience with SAP/EWM-ERP shipping modules
preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
and labeling. Ability to read and interpret packing lists, routing
instructions, and shipping paperwork. Effective communication and
teamwork skills. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The
selected candidate will be required to work onsite. This position
must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US
Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person”
includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): High School
