Job Description Job Description STAFF-UP is hiring for Cable
Wire Assembler in Dallas, TX 75247! Pay Rate: $18.00HR Shift hours
are 8AM Start (Possible rotating shift) Position Summary: We are
seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join
our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience with
prefabricated cable and wire harness. Key Responsibilities: ·
Assemble prefabricated cables according to drawings and work
instructions · Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and label wires and
cables · Operate hand tools and machines safely · Inspect assembled
products to ensure they meet quality standards · Set up, adjust,
and monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. · Perform
routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure smooth
operation Experience: · Prior experience in wire or cable assembly,
cable harness preferred · Ability to read technical drawings and
assembly instructions · Good hand-eye coordination and attention to
detail · Basic English communication skills (reading, writing,
speaking) · Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting (up to
50lbs) · Strong attention to detail and quality · Mechanically
inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues ·
Willingness to work overtime depending on order volume
Requirements: Cable Wire Assembly : 3 years (Required) Calipers : 2
years (Required) Micrometer: 2 years (Required) cutting and
crimping wire : 2 years (Required) Machine operation: 2 years
(Required) Ability to Commute: Dallas, TX 75247 Staff-Up, LLC
