What is a Call Center Supervisor?The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for providing senior level support for digital projection system (projectors, media players, switches, and theater management systems), sound equipment, and other in-theater technology equipment. The position requires a wide range of skills that encompass every area of information technology and digital cinema. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, supervise and motivate a team of call center technicians, communicate effectively, and be able to work in a team environment.Cinemark T.O.P. Center is open 365 days of the year, 7 days a week, for 20 hours a day. The T.O.P. Center operation requires candidates have flexibility to work rotating shifts. A Day in the Life of a Call Center Supervisor:Supervise first response team of support techniciansThis includes:Testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyzing systems and facilitiesProvide quality, timely, and accurate end-to-end support of any issues within Theater TechnologyPerform proactive network status checks as part of normal surveillance activities, ensuring optimum performancePerform tracking and management of incidents to resolution in accordance with proceduresProvide senior level troubleshooting skillsAbility to think outside the norm to resolve an issueAbility to effectively write technical documentationAbility to prioritize, assign, tasks, and work independently when requiredMust be able to work with others to resolve issues effectivelyMentor and lead staffProvide and communicate T.O.P. Center statistics and performanceAdditional responsibilities as assignedYou Will Need to Have:Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitudeExcellent time management skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment2-3 years in a supervisor or manager roleAssociate or bachelor degreeMust be willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekendsComfortable working with computers and willing to learn new technologiesTheater operation knowledge and experience a plus1-2 years' experience with digital cinema a plus1-2 years' experience supporting Microsoft environments including desktop support a plusMicrosoft/Networking certifications a plusTrilingual English/Spanish/Portuguese an asset a plus2 years in a theater or call center environment a plusThis job description is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
