US-Remote - US-RemoteCategory: SalesOverviewWe are looking for talented, successful HR Tech sales executives to help us bring our ground-breaking talent decision technology to the global marketplace. Our OutMatch platform provides efficiency by leveraging technology throughout the talent acquisition life cycle, provides comprehensive candidate data for better hire decisions, and brings an enhanced positive candidate and user experience. Ultimately, helping to match people with purpose! ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do: Reach or exceed assigned sales goals through expanding revenue from an assigned list of existing OutMatch Enterprise customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing a focused sales strategy that adds additional OutMatch modules and capabilities to a defined list of global enterprise-level prospects (businesses with 10,000+ employees) in your market:

  • Though you will work closely with the Client Success Managers responsible for maintaining and renewing these customers, you will mine existing clients to uncover new scope or new needs that the evolving OutMatch Talent Decision Platform can deliver
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with Sr. Executive (CHRO, SVP and VP's of HR and Talent Acquisition) and large enterprise customers
  • Navigate large, complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders
  • Connect customers' business needs with OutMatch's software solutions
  • Conduct online product demonstrations
  • Update all prospect interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with other sales team members on finding, proposing, and closing deals What You'll Need:
    • A goal-oriented and ambitious approach to your account list, with a capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
    • The ability to showcase / display your over-quota performance
    • Experience in recruiting or technology sales (especially HR technology sales) is a plus
    • Ability to quickly establish rapport with HR Tech buyers
    • Proven customer service and relationship building skills
    • Effective communication through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
    • To be organized, with effective time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and with a team
    • A mature and self-confident approach to building relationships with executive level prospects and clients
    • Capacity to work under pressure
    • Strong work ethic
