Your new company
Our client is a nationally known and recognized General Contractor
based here in Dallas and are involved in a number of high profile
Commercial Construction Projects. They construct Walmarts and other
big box retail stores.
Having secured a large number of projects across the majority of
the United States, they are now looking to find an several
experienced Construction Superintendents to join the team and
deliver high quality ground up construction in the range of $5m to
$30m.
Your new role
Working as a Superintendent you will provide support to the Project
Managers as well as project superintendents on ground up and
remodel Walmart supercenter and Kroger projects, taking
responsibility for the day to day management of construction site
based activities.
You will be an experienced Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
with experience working on ground up and interior remodel Walmart
or Kroger projects and be comfortable with high pressure and time
sensitive complex building projects. You will also have a current
Wal-Mart certification. You will be extremely familiar with the
wants/needs of Walmart on their construction projects. You will be
able to provide references of Walmart construction managers you've
worked with on past projects
What you'll need to succeed
An eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a strong sense
of keeping the job site safe are key for this role. In exchange for
your experience and hard work, you'll have the opportunity to work

large pipeline of upcoming work, and a rich history of over 30
years in the business.
