A Food Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages
to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding
guest service and financial profitability.

F&B hours of operation
Friday & Saturday: 11am-8pm
Staff generally works 4 days a week, from open to close. Start time
is an hour before opening and end time is after we close and
up. This means Team Members work an average of 10 hours per day,
give or take.
The work is 100% outdoors with long hours in the sun and heat. If
you do not do well in the heat this might not be the position for

What will I be doing?
As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or
beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver
outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following
tasks to the highest standards:
-Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient
-Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and
-Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in
appropriate point-of-sale system
-Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely
-Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
-Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with
federal, state, local and company regulations
