Talent Insights Manager

The Talent Insights Manager is an individual contributor responsible for establishing and executing the overall strategy, in conjunction with HR executives, for talent analytics at Children's Health. This includes data governance practices, tools, and the technology required to provide actionable information and insights about our people to drive a rewarding employee experience and business success.

This position drives the ongoing development and deployment of analytics solutions within Human Resources, the Learning and Leadership Institute (HRLLI), and throughout the broader healthcare network using the Visier People platform and other tools. This role will serve as the leader for talent/people analytics, offer actionable analysis and reporting, and act as a consultant to HR Business Partners and other HR leaders in the design, development, and utilization of analytic resources that support data-driven decision-making in the HR function.

This Talent Insights Manager will collaborate with senior HR leadership as the primary data journalist for the organization's people metrics, providing analysis and insight to support our people strategy. At times, this individual will partner directly with non-HR leaders as a subject matter expert and consultant on projects and initiatives requiring analysis of HR data.

This is a full-time position working remotely, Monday through Friday.


At least 5 years' experience in analytics, required.

At least 2 years' experience in human resources, preferred.

At least 2 years' experience with advanced analytics skills such as SPSS, SAS, SQL, R Programming, API integrations, SQL, preferred.

Experience with Visier, strongly preferred.


Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required.

Graduate or professional or advanced degree, preferred.
