What you'll do...
- Managing and leading multiple scrum teams.
- Providing project status reports to stakeholders and
management; managing project change control processes; coordinating
production issue resolution; and interpreting data to help guide
teams towards issue resolution and risk management.
- Manages off-shore development teams and third-party vendors
(for example, software vendors, hardware vendors, photo vendors,
content providers) by coordinating internal and vendor schedules;
integrating teams and vendors into project strategy; communicating
project status; ensuring delivery of proper functionality; and
managing communications from vendors to internal stakeholders.
- Provides project-related support to project teams by developing
project resource plans; determining business readiness for project
implementation; managing individual project scope items or
activities as part of larger scale projects; managing project
budget; and partnering with project managers to ensure successful
delivery of projects.
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the
development, execution, and improvement of action plans by
providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application
of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts
to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for
perspectives and rationales.
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary
processes and practices; monitoring progress and results;
recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and
adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and
supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and
integrity by incorporating these into the development and
implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and
