Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or success in operations roles within professional services or corporate, addressing a company's supply chain challenges to help them transform and build world-class supply chain capabilities, emphasizing the following areas: - Identifying, clarifying and resolving complex issues critical to a company's strategic and operating success; - Understanding supply chain standards, frameworks e.g. SCOR*, leading practices and market and industry drivers; and, - Leveraging industry and market leading trends in order to develop insights and provide recommendations.

Demonstrates thorough abilities in leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative pertaining to large-scale strategic business transformation projects with a supply chain focus, emphasizing the following abilities: - Planning, organizing and delivering on operations tasks and projects, conducting independent analyses and ensuring the quality of client deliverables; - Developing conclusions and recommendations, writing reports, assisting in client presentations and providing implementation assistance as required; - Contributing to the development and improvement of various frameworks and methodologies within operations; - Utilizing tools/systems for supply chain optimization and IT-enablement (e.g. TMS, WMS, inventory management, planning systems, etc. from vendors such as SAP, JDA/Manugistics, Oracle, etc.; - Teaming with others, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; - Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
