Responsibilities

Conduct research on specific DE&I issues to inform our reviews and guidelines

Data entry. Applicant follow-up.

Conference and event planning for DEI events.

Scheduling meetings and appointments

Follow up and conference close out

Develop Recruiter DEI resource toolbox

Develop the Campus Ambassador Program

Craft processes for HBCU Pathways program

Build a comprehensive DE&I playbook

Build an internal DE&I glossary of terms

Curate list of all DE&I councils, taskforces, clubs, etc. globally

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The internship is designed for driven analytical candidates with a strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and disciplined

Current student, pursuing a Bachelors or Master's program

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present information to supervisors and management team

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Demonstrated leadership experience

Strong academic background and GPA.
