A growing leader in the Food and Beverage industry is seeking experienced Bartenders for our Plum Market concept to help our team to success.

HUDSON Retailers will operate our new Plum Market operation at the airport and we are looking for AM, Mid & PM shifts to assist us.

This Plum Market Bartender position is for you, if you would Enjoy:
• Delivering excellence in Guest Service, taking Guests orders in a timely and efficient manner, delivering an exceptional product, and checking to see how else they can help the Guest

Your Team is counting on you as a Plum Market Bartender to:
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and Holidays

Plum Market Bartender Key Accountabilities:
• Model and provide exceptional Guest Service
• Take drink and food orders in a timely and efficient manner, deliver an exceptional product, and check to see how else they can help the Guest
• Operate the POS system to handle Guest payment
• Help in other areas of Plum Market as needed and as assigned by management
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
• Maintain all compliance logs
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain a thorough knowledge and adherence to all relevant Plum Market policies and standards

Plum Market Bartender Required Qualifications:
• Ability to provide exceptional Guest Service
• Must have 3 years bartending experience, and experience operating a Point of Sale system
• Ability to multi task and remain flexible in job duties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills
• Stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break
• Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted
