Job Summary:

-The primary function is to ensure that all Product Supports are fulfilling their Recycler activities, and all troubleshooting inquiries are being handled efficiently, effectively and timely.

-The Product Support Supervisor will investigate and escalate any service, communication and data reception issues.

-Monitor Product Support work productivity, reports on trends, and report to Senior leadership of proposed implements and changes to continually improve department.

-The Supervisor will drive all weekend/holiday activity through to completion and aid in the identification of solutions and best practices, the Supervisor is an integral team member of the strategy team that forms a key part of Brink's CompuSafe (Recycler) line of business.

Key Responsibilities:

The following key responsibilities are performed as it relates to Brink's CompuSafe (Recycler):

  • Manage Communication Support Reps and Recycler Analysts to ensure service compliance across all branches servicing recyclers and select CompuSafe customers
  • Drive all weekend/Holiday activities for Operational support
  • Assists in the proposing and execution of remedies
  • Aids in the identification of issues with safe data file errors and functionality of support applications (e.g., dashboards)
  • Interfaces with internal support and field support groups to help identify and remediate issues
  • Ensure that operational policies, procedures, workflows and reporting formats for current and future products are followed
  • Support business objectives related to product line growth initiatives
  • Support and drive continuous improvement of processes directed toward reducing costs, improving cycle time, increasing sales gross profit, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Key understanding of recycler technology and participates in overall product growth

  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing technology related solutions
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in computer-based tools and Microsoft applications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in common retail, banking and/or treasury practices
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in field operations
  • Record of achievement including high standards and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively managing competing priorities and duties in a dead-line driven environment
  • Ability to make a strong contributions as an individual and team player
  • The ability to work independently with little or No Supervision
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced Degree

  • Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
