An employer is looking for a Logistics Manager to work remotely
but be within geographical proximity to support both their client's
and partner's. This person will be supporting ~10 delivery partners
across multiple cities, including their drivers, and ~5 large
client partners with process improvements to increase safety,
operational throughput, or delivery success. This individual will
be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key performance
indicators in your region, including customer satisfaction and cost
metrics, and performance managing any outliers. You will also help
to create new processes or tools to drive growth and sustainability
in a start-up environment and travel to support clients and
partners in your defined area, as needed.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, with
preference for candidates with Last Mile delivery experience
-A servant leadership approach to supporting your partners on the
frontlines in your region - whether that means hopping on a
late-night Zoom or getting on the ground to solve a complex
-Experience managing a distributed customer base across multiple
-A creators mentality. *Comfortability creating new processes, not
editing an existing process.
-The ability to project/program manage key initiatives - from
ideation to execution - in a fast-paced environment
-A willingness to challenge the status quo because of a continuous
improvement thought process
-A level of comfort with changing priorities and processes.
-Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and processes both verbally
and in written form
