Product Manager (User Experience/Education)

The Product (Education) Manager, is highly strategic to the
business model as well as being hands-on by keeping both feet on
the ground at the closest distance to our users. They will be
tasked with ensuring a perfect user experience consistency across
regions (Americas and EMEA) when it comes to educating users on the
product. This role is backed by a strong 1 month-long onboarding
and training program to set them up for success.
Other daily task will include:
Strategizing, coordinating and producing relevant user assistance,
training and other product-related resources.
Improving and guaranteeing perfect matching with evolving users
needs by collecting and listening user feedback.
Partnering up with US-based and France-based product marketing and
product management teams to help them bringing new offerings to the

Working in a fast-evolving organization while leading your own
activities, interacting with a wide and various range of
stakeholders, and being considered a product SME.
Experience with Intercomm Stack (User Experience management
Experience with Learning Management Systems
2 - 5+ years experience in Product Management/Education, User
Experience, Product Marketing, Content Management, and/or Technical
Strong focus on User Experience, Client Education, and Product
Experience in B2B Software or Technology industry (preferably
Experience supporting a Global Product and ability to traverse
product strategy accordingly
Outstanding communication and presentation skills - will interface
Passion for technology, software, and educating users on features
Fluent French and English
