Job Description:

Perform advanced analysis and diagnosis on a SaaS based application to provide guidance and answer questions through email, phone, screen share calls or live chat.

Ensure 100% client retention by delivering stellar customer support after clients are live on the platform.

Learn from customer interactions to help enhance customer experience.

Develop best practices, tips and training scripts for customers on proper use of program.

Identify early symptoms, patterns and solutions for upcoming technology challenges.

Input relevant technical issues & enhancement requests into tracking software.

Assist with testing of future releases.

Contribute to team meetings with appropriate content, views and suggestions.

Use creativity to showcase best practices to the rest of the team.

Experience supporting SaaS (Software as a Service) based solutions

Experience with SQL - creating scripts to query data

Bilingual Spanish/English

Knowledge of Accounts Payable

Experience with JavaScript or Groovy Scripts
2 years of software/application support experience (Tier I / Tier II)

Supporting end users over email, phone, and live chat

Experience supporting tickets in a queue (Salesforce a plus)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast growing, international environment
