REMOTE CALL CENTER AGENT - WORK FROM HOME
We are hiring for CALL CENTER REPRESENTIVES -
(Work From Home). This position will be receiving only
inbound calls and you will assist consumers with their purchase
requests.. This opportunity is temp-to -perm and pays
$14.00/hr. All training and production is "virtual" and
will start soon. All Agents will be issued equipment (PC, monitor,
keyboard, mouse, headset) that you will use from your residence
during your employment. You must have Internet connectivity at your
residence to qualify for this opportunity.
PAYROLL: We pay our employees every Tuesday night for the
previous week's hours and do not hold a week-in-the hole.
?- A minimum of 1-2 years' of previous call center
experience along with a stable employment history.
-You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this opportunity.
-You must live in the DFW area.
-Flexible to work 4 days during the week and either Sat. or Sun.
*Once assigned your schedule, it doesn't rotate or change (will
always be the same 5 days)
-Flexible to work an eight-hour shift between the hours of
7:00am to 11:00pm. *once assigned your shift doesn't rotate or
change (will always be the same 8 hr. shift).
-Shift examples are: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-7:00pm,
12:00pm-9:00pm, 2:00pm-11:00pm. * you must be flexible to work any
of these shifts as we won't know which one you've been assigned
until shortly before the "virtual" training begins..
-All Agents must pass a federal background check that requires
2-3 weeks to process
