QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree2-5 years of marketing & sales industry experience specifically with customer experience. Management consulting experience is preferred. 5-8 years total professional work experience. -Experience with survey tools and platforms preferred (e.g. Qualtrics, Alteryx, Tableau and SPSS)Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentEntrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in fast-paced, start-up environment -Ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelinesAdept at communicating with and managing key stakeholdersWHO YOU'LL WORK WITHYou'll be based in one of our North American locations as

practice initiatives, developing solution assets and accelerating client
development across a broad set of industries.You'll acquire a deep understanding of the firm's customer
experience transformation methodology as well as direct entrepreneurial
experience as part of a fast-growing "McKinsey startup."You'll support the build-out and scale-up of our solutions
where you will conduct in-depth analyses of survey data to quantify the
importance and performance of each customer journey.You will also help facilitate interactive workshops to help
clients design new experience management systems.You'll define and develop selected assets which may include
system prototypes, deliverable templates, Alteryx flows, Tableau workbooks and
high-definition videos.You'll lead the formal pipeline management processes for one
or more sector teams.You'll also design and execute a program for building
awareness across client service teams and clients.
