SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is a newly
created role, pivotal in creating and driving efficiencies across
Integrity's talent acquisition function. This role will contribute
to the strategy, design, implementation and management of
organizational recruitment processes, policies, tools, technology,
and resources. In addition, this role will support broader
sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding initiatives, proactively
identifying opportunities to optimize each step in the recruiting
lifecycle to improve, automate and accelerate Integrity's
recruitment engine. This role will liaise with recruiters, HR
Business partners, vendors and hiring managers to ensure that new
and improved recruitment operations continue to build even better
candidate experiences. This position is an individual contributor
role. Responsibilities
- Drive recruiting results through effective recruitment
operations; identifying needs, partnering with stakeholders, and
building solutions that incorporate best practices, tools, and
technology
- Evaluate and optimize recruiting processes; expanding upon
current best practices and building out new and innovative means to
drive results
- Identify, investigate, and implement new sourcing and
recruiting tools
- Ensure internal and external recruiting teams adopt new
processes, tools and systems through creation and facilitation of
training and education opportunities
- Build, validate and create recruiting reports and dashboards
via ADP and other data sources on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and
annual basis to monitor and drive recruiting results
- Partner with recruiters, HRBPs and internal marketing partners
to bring innovative ideas and opportunities to expand Integrity's
employer brand
- Manage vendor relationships, including RFP process, contract
management and budgeting Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive experience recruiting in staffing
and/or fast-paced, dynamic corporate recruiting environments
- Expertise developing and implementing recruiting best
practices
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems as related to
building workflows, managing process and automation and data
management
- Track record of creating and measuring recruitment metrics,
KPIs and reporting
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and
Pivot Tables
- Experience managing competing priorities and the ability to
organize and convey complex information across a wide variety of
stakeholders Experience and Traits
- Data fluency: the ability to leverage data and logic to assess
situations and make strong business decisions
- Business Acumen: Possesses a keenness and quickness in driving
business insights and ultimately financial performance
- Consultation: Ability to listen and ideate; challenge the
status quo while building alignment to get projects up, running and
completed - Effectively utilizing one's expertise
- Relationship Management: Effective in building and maintaining
positive and productive relationships with peers, leaders, and
external providers
- Ethical: Always does 'the right thing' even when it may not
matter; considers what is fair and equal when weighing options
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
(both verbally and in written format) across levels and functional
areas, Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Recruiting or HR certifications preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP
(Certified Professional), SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional)
