About team and culture
In your role as Business Development Lead / Head of Strategic Accounts (Healthcare), you will report to our Managing Director in the Americas (Tiffany), and you will closely work together with our Strategic Account Manager for consumer brands Aya and with business directors like Marlene and Geoff. You'll have regular touchpoints with the Global Account Lead & Partner (Vincent)

What does that look like from the inside?
You get to grow new client relationships & build proposals
You're continuously meeting new potential customers and building proposals for them. As the head of healthcare/pharma, you're in charge of the growth of this segment. This includes existing and new clients.
You help us deliver deeper relationships with our clients.
Understanding our clients' needs and pains, you work with our consultants to proactively identify areas where we can support their innovation efforts.
You are a trusted advisor to our clients.
You are the first call they make when faced with a challenge. They trust that you will guide them to the right solution, even if it is not from us.
You are driven by business growth.
Get hands-on with the full sales lifecycle. From top of the funnel strategies, to qualifying, scoping, building proposals and closing new opportunities. You're not afraid of a target, in fact it fuels your day.
You can ignite and inspire our clients.
You are able to guide clients and take them on a journey. Artfully showing them how we can uniquely deliver what they need - in ways they haven't seen before.
You support our consultants.
By helping them shape and scope ongoing projects - enabling us to forge deeper more impactful relationships.

Where You'll Be?
We are a distributed workforce with people across the United States and Latin America with a hub in New York
Where in the world? For this role, it can be anywhere from where it's comfortable to work within Eastern Time.
5+ years of relevant experience for this role ideally with an innovation firm or related field
You have a track record of meeting sales targets and compelling proposals
You have excellent communication skills and have native english proficiency. You're data-focused. Improving conversions are your guilty pleasure.
You can comfortably navigate complex conversations with senior buyers (manager-VP)
You have a desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. You're a go-getter.
You can think strategically while also being hands-on enough to make change happen quickly in a scale-up environment
