Job Description:

The Confirmation Specialist is responsible for the intake of new canvass lead data, ensuring the accuracy of lead data entry, and calling the homeowner to confirm and qualify lead details. The confirmer is also responsible for the intake of incoming canvass phone calls, and customer callbacks. When there is no additional incoming canvass leads, confirmers are responsible for the outbound dialing of reset queues to schedule appointments.

The ideal candidate is extremely detail orientated and enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced work environment. The confirmer will be able to establish and maintain relationships with every homeowner, while providing information about what to expect during a no obligation, in-home estimate appointment.

Status: Full Time

Compensation: $17.75/Hr + Bonus

Responsibilities

  • This individual will be overseeing multiple locations and assisting the Van Managers with daily goals, conversions, and reporting. You will also be speaking with potential customers about their projects and making sure each customer has a proper understanding of what to expect during an appointment with one of our specialists
  • Utilize Excel and other spreadsheets to report data accurately and thoroughly for each market you oversee daily
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential customers and existing customers over the phone
  • Dial and contribute to overall lead count daily to help hit marketing goals when not confirming canvass leads
  • Assist with setting proper expectations with homeowners about appointment details or issues that need to be resolved
  • Resolve any customer issues as needed while overcoming certain obstacles within the conversation to keep lead count and overall market goals maintained
  • Be comfortable over the phone talking with customers while multi-tasking within our CRM to provide accurate data reporting
