Together we're creating a workplace where talented people can thrive, and we welcome your unique background and perspective to help present the best possible solutions for our partners.About the Role:The Solution Architect will provide expert Appian, ServiceNow, Pega or other Low Code No Code (LCNC) platforms leadership and guidance on projects, including enterprise application architecture, design review, technical mentorship, performance testing, scaling, and industry specific knowledge. This person will utilize LCNC best practices and industry best practices when operating and maintaining existing solutions, and to architect and design Business Process Management (BPM) implementations that reduce overall project risk. The LCNC Solutions Architect will design solutions (platform, system, and process) architectures based on end-user requirements and complete design reviews of project team deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices, maximize reuse, and minimize technical debt. You Will:Act as lead to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical design and implementation.Produces technical solutions with detailed narrative for proposal development and supports key personnel requirements during procurement phases such as orals, technical challenges, etc. Collaborates closely with stakeholders to develop a deep and thorough understanding of the client enterprise while leading large, multi-year program initiatives.Produces vision and strategy collateral, and creates roadmaps to lead modernization efforts.Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, interface diagrams and design best practices.Oversee and participate in the day-to-day activities of the development team. Facilitate meetings with client and internal technical and operational teams Provide guidance to team members and help solve technical challenges and remove roadblocks.Experienced in LCNC environment with design, implementation, and ability to translate software requirements specifications. Implementing design, development, and testing best practices across the entire software development life cycle. Serves as one of the primary technological points of contact in the organization, responsible for guidance and overarching technical oversight, governance, architecture alignment and construction efforts, including team leadership and mentoring.You Have:Masters degree in Computer Science or other related field.Experience in platforms similar to Appian, ServiceNow, Pega or other Low Code No Code (LCNC) platforms; Appian Certified Lead Developer with 3+ years of experience developing Appian Plugins is preferred.Previous expertise in the role of an architect, responsible for defining the solution architecture on large complex business critical n-tier client/server initiatives involving one or more of the technologies - Mobile/Portals, Workflow, Enterprise Service Bus(ESB), Web Services, Message brokers, Relational Databases. Exposure to common industry platforms and programming languages - BPM, HADOOP, Java, Microsoft/.Net is preferred. 5+ years of experience in IT with responsibilities in one or more of the areas - Technical Architecture, Application Development, Business process management and/or Enterprise Application Integration (SOA) with a Appian platform or other LCNC/BPM tools is required. 3+ years in defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations leveraging different architectural views.3+ years experience in Enterprise Application integration (SOA, ESB) and n-tier client-server architectures preferred.4+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business critical applications following Agile methodologies. 3+ years of Business Architecture including identifying & decomposing business capabilities. 4+ years of Business process modeling & optimization experience; recent hands-on experience with Appian platform; design and implementation of SOAP and REST Web Service; configuring, debugging, and systems integration including configuring forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as a developer; experience with relational databases and SQL scripting. 3+ years of experience with Agile Framework and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
