will focus on providing daily administrative support to the
Engineered Wood Products (EWP) design team. Patience,
accountability, and a detailed work-ethic are key. This position is
designed to develop a valued technical expert, who is recognized
and supported by management in a stable work environment, and can
deliver quality work by consistently using established guidelines &
procedures.Responsibilities:Logging jobs that are received
dailyAnswering and distributing phone callsEmailing correspondence
to customersMaking copies and tracing CAD files for senior design
staffComplete one task at a time to produce consistent, error free
work based on defined standardsManage & organize the flow of
business documentationWork in a steady way to methodically produce
accurate work on time and error-freeGeneral filing practices
including manual and electronicOther duties as neededBenefits

Requirements:
Previous experience in CAD and Architectural design Competency in
mathematics Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and
structural plans Ability to analyze, trouble shoot, and problem
solve Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to
participate effectively as a team member Working knowledge of
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Willing to jump
in and roll up your sleeves to help out when necessary Able and
interested in communicating with others based on job knowledge &
expertiseFollow established guidelines, structure, and policies,
