We offer the following benefits to our Full Time Employees: 12 Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off 4% Match on our 401(k) Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits 100% Company Paid Life, AD Insurance, Short and Long Term DisabilityGeneral ResponsibilitiesThe objective of the position is to assist Account Executives with daily funding activities and receive training in identification of trends that would present a risk of loss to Allied.Primary duties involve interacting with Account Executives, Operations' personnel, and clients regarding their daily funding needs; inputting schedules of invoices and reviewing backup documentation for those invoices identifying any exceptions to the A/E or appropriate parties; assisting with resolving checks and other duties and responsibilities that may arise.Will also work with Collections Department, Underwriting, Cash Posting, Credit Management, IT and on projects, as needed.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesDaily Activities: Client Account Representative on other AE or Sr. AE portfolio (approx. 85% of time). Assist account executives in day to day activities for funding and managing client accounts, including: Input, process, review invoices and backup to ensure what is required for funding has been received in the proper format coordinating with the AE for variances. Scan schedules, as needed, to ensure files saved into paperless system properly. Request debtor credit approvals for funding requests, as needed for accounts over their limit or that do not have an assigned credit limit. Identify exceptions to processing standards for AEs and note such accordingly. Process invoice adjustments and invoice corrections for cash posting department. Interact with clients in friendly, professional manner for their day to day funding needs. Download/Print checks received from bank and distribute. as necessary. Upload checks from bank into paperless system. Pulling daily bank statements to distribute. Prepare ACH posting sheet. Match electronic payment to remittance details for cash posting Input, process, review invoices and backup, and interact with clients on their fundings; assist with client funding request for assigned accounts. Scanning schedules as needed to ensure files saved into paperless system properly. Review collateral. Wire and transfer funds to clients. Set up repetitive wires for clients Identify exceptions to processing standards. Process adjustments and invoice corrections for cash posting department.Secondary or Backup Responsibilities (as needed approx. 15% of time): Complete debtor upload into Cadence for initial funding. Backup for helping post cash and other operational processes/help, as needed Audit notification files regularly to ensure checks being received directly from customers Set up new Clients in Factor Soft, including rate tables ensuring compliance for secondary reviews, fields needed, etc. Help with new client fundings for the first funding (invoice/backup review, debtor import, credit requests, etc.).Monthly Activities: Ensure receipt of and review client compliance items Pull and save reports for audits or annual reviews or other committee presentations as needed Review financial and collateral trend performance on assigned portfolio.Supervision of Personnel Describe supervisionWorking Conditions Typical office environment. Minimal physical effort required, normally seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and work will mainly be performed at the assigned location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
