experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our
talent acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist
will primarily focus on filling pipelines for our open positions.
They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong
service-oriented culture, that ensures delivery of an efficient,
effective, quality driven service to find great hires for Point B.
This is a contract position with the opportunity to convert to
full-time, WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Partner with Talent Acquisition
team to understand and drive sourcing strategy Attract talent in a
way that creates a positive experience for candidates and internal
stakeholders Proactively search for candidates who would be a match
for our open opportunities Assist with pre-screening candidates
that can fill talent pipelines Collaborate with Talent Acquisition
team members to fill critical roles for the company Execute best
practices and strategies to attract top talent WHAT WE OFFER TO OUR

EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE: 3-7 years of corporate and/or agency
recruiting experience, in a consulting environment, professional
services firm or similar client facing profiles. Ability to work in
a high-volume, fast paced environment Experience in screening
consulting talent Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn,
etc. Experience building sourcing projects, pipelines, performing
boolean searches, etc. Experiencing managing and prioritizing
multiple searches, projects and client relationships Experience
building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. Experience
working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems,
including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet
sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets Strong communication
skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on
delivering business results. Self-sufficient and able to work with
little direct supervision. Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree THE KIND OF
