  • Employee Assistance Program Qualifications Position Summary: - The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day human resources operations; perform a wide range of duties relative to offboarding and assisting all teams within HR with projects as requested. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Job Functions:
    • Serve as the offboarding subject matter owner and point-of-contact for team members throughout the organization.
    • Process separation-related employee changes timely within the HRIS system to include, but not limited to, disposition separations and ensuring coordination of final pay based on current policies and procedures -
    • Process department invoices for payment
    • Providing project support for the team and assist, create and maintain offboarding-related project documentation and offboarding SOPs
    • Respond to verification of employment requests and serve as point-of-contact for unemployment claims vendor
    • Monitor and distribute emails in the HR distribution box to the correct team member
    • Partner with appropriate HR team members to coordinate details related to the company's Sabbatical program
    • Processing mass updates within HRIS as-needed
    • Must maintain 100% confidentiality with respect to employee records and information - Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
      • 2 years in an administrative support role or similar
      • Intermediate Excel and overall computer technology skills
      • Strong organizing skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to process a high volume of transactions and manage multiple, deadline-driven priorities
      • 1 year prior experience in a similar HR support role preferred Physical Requirements/Environment: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job generally operates in a professional office environment but may also occasionally operate in an outdoor environment. - While performing the duties of this job, employees must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, occasionally move about the office, constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, communicate regularly and effectively with others, both written and verbally, and may occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading. - Work Schedule: -Required to work a set, 8-hour per day schedule that allows for support during the core business hours of 7am-7pm Central, Monday-Friday; additional hours may be required to meet business needs.
